Our partner, RICARD JORDÀ, proposed a great challenge for these holidays and such challenge was to take part in the “EMBRUNMAN”.
The Embrunman is a long-distance triathlon held every year on August 15 around Embrun in the High Alps, France.
It is a triathlon consisting in a 3.8 km swimming, a 188 km bike ride and a marathon (42.2km).
The French newspaper “Le Dauphiné libéré” described it in 2012 as the most difficult triathlon in the world.
Our partner did it great. Among more than 1100 competitors he was number 454 with a time of 14:19:17.
If the effort had to be named, it would be his. Congratulations, Ricard, for your strength and courage.
