We are a company with 50 years of experience specialising in the research, development, production and marketing of flocked solutions. We focus our efforts on the development of technical solutions adapted to each customer’s needs.

  Founded in Barcelona, Spain, presenting flocked solutions for the packaging industry and later in confection, upholstery and industry in general

• 1994

  Clear commitment to the formulation of water-based adhesives in our production process

• 2000

  The company evolves and adapts to the needs of the market, focusing its efforts on developing technical solutions and high-quality products for the automotive industry

• 2001

  Expansion of our facilities with a new 6000 m² plant

• 2003

  Implementation ISO 9001 certificate by TÜV

• 2006

  Implementation ISO TS 16949 certificate by TÜV

• 2013

  Implementation ISO 14001 certificate by TÜV

• 2014

  Opening of our first warehouse outside Spain located in the United States

• 2015

  Implementation of the 5S method for management of orderliness and cleaning

• 2016

  Worldwide growth continues with the opening of a new warehouse in China

• 2017

  Tapla launches operations in South Korea thanks to the teamwork and contribution of our associates in the region

• 2018

  Tapla makes the transition to IATF 16949.

  Opening of warehouse in Mexico.

  We start up operations in our second warehouse in China.
