The R&D&I department of Industrias Tapla works non-stop on developing new and innovative products that cover both the needs of the industry and the specific requirements of our customers.
All our products are developed considering the current regulations applicable in terms of safety and envi-ronment and following the quality standards required in the automotive industry.
Our internal laboratory has the equipment and technology necessary to carry out approval and release tests, including aging, tensile strenght, abrasion and adhesion tests, on our products. As a criteria we use the most demanding regulations in the automotive industry and the specific requirements of our customers, in order to guarantee the reliability of the products we supply.
Industrias Tapla has its own technical assistance department, where our Engineers work alongside our customers to design toolings required for the aplication of flocktape.
Our technical assistance goes from working in our production lines with our team, to displacement of our experts into custumers’ facilities to carry out technical support service in the start up of the projec with flocktape application. Thus, Tapla reviews its designs and collaborates closely with the customer when possible modifications are needed or if any need comes from the star up. Besides offering support at this stage, we also give it throughout the life of the project.
