Tapla Industries has different flocking lines constantly evolving in its production process. 50 years’ experience in the flocking industry have enabled us to develop and enhance our techno-logy to produce high quality flocked products. A high production capacity and constant effort in R&D&I allow us respond effectively to the market needs.

Tapla has its own technology developed slitting lines use for accurate slitting of flocktape. These lines are constantly controlled by reliability indicators in order to meet customer requirements and provide a guaranteed product. Furthermore, we have the enough capacity and a management of the production 100% focused on meeting delivery deadlines and solving emergencies or spe-cial needs that our customers may have.

Tapla has technology that enables us to apply almost any coating available in the market on the flocked surface. Hence, we offer to the market a finish flocked+coated solution that range from sealing systems of the vehicle to tailored solutions for any other application.

We formulate and produce our own water-based adhesives, which are environmentally-friendly and strictly comply with the regulations that apply. Our R&D&I department works constantly on the evolution of our adhesives to keep our commitment and respect for the environment and to meet the highest demands of the automotive industry.

Tapla offers its customers the option of flocked, self-adhesive and die-cut material in pieces based on the design and dimensions the customer supplies, providing a solution to any application that requires flocking.

We understand the importance of technical support for starting up a new project. That’s why our technical department offers the designs of the tooling to give support for the application of flocktape in customers process, either at the beginning or during life of the project. We design the tooling alongside the customer offering them also the option of carrying out tests and validations in our facilities.
