Discovering New Strategies

For a few days, the boardgame of chess has played the main role in Tapla.

The sessions were led by our colleague Antonio Segura, responsible for the raw material warehouse and a member of the “Chess Club of Montmeló.”

Exploring the complexities of this ancient game, we discovered how it stimulates strategic decision-making and enhances concentration, both essential skills that extend beyond the chessboard and are applicable in daily decision-making.

These sessions were not only educational but also highly enjoyable which challenged the participants to put on their thinking caps as they faced stimulating problems and looked for the solutions. In a world where most decisions are made without a long-term strategy, these sessions became a valuable space to develop and build up critical skills.
